Our client is a leading global analytics consultancy, they provide data analysis and data solutions across a number of industry sectors.

The  Lead Data Consultant will work to develop new paths for growth, while driving strategic thinking and insight across client engagements as well as to manage and mentor team of data analysts.

The work  includes integrated marketing, predictive modelling, CRM, segmentation, and business intelligence.

The role is to:
• Lead and manage client relationships and participate in new business initiatives with support from the CEO
• Provide mentoring and day to day management for a team of 2-3 senior analysts.
• Build and execute client data strategies including performing gap assessments, creating optimal state data plans, and building execution roadmaps.
• Project manage as per deadlines, managing the client deliverables, analysts and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate new online and offline data opportunities, new technology and partnerships
• Work collaboratively with the international teams to maximise cross-company synergies, best practice and business efficiency.

You will need:

• A degree ideally in statistics, computer science, data science or a quantitative discipline.
• 8 –10 years’ experience in data analysis across a range of industries
• Exceptional verbal, written, communication and selling skills with an analytical mindset
• Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Have a proven track record in developing solid relationships with clients and delivering     ROI
• Project management and product development experience
• Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders
• Ability to train and develop others
• A broad understanding of marketing and behavioural data analytics MS Office skills with advance knowledge in Excel and extensive experience with a SQL database Tableau or any other visualisation tool
• Statistical and or data analysis software knowledge, R, Python, SAS, SPSS
