Our client is winner of the Cartes  Start Up Challenge, they are a global company that are fortunate to have raised over $26million investment capital. They have developed an unique customer experience point of payment and basket analysis system that is transforming the world of ratings, providing retailers, both large and small real time feedback.

They are live in the UK and the US/Canada – they have opened an office here in Australia 2 years ago and are growing quickly. The team that already is on board is highly skilled in the area of customer loyalty and CRM within the retail space.

They are currently looking for a Merchant Services Manager, this would be a similar role to an Account Director within a CRM agency environment or a Senior Campaign Manager in a corporate, responsible for managing merchants (retailers) with their journey from initial sign up, on-boarding through to ongoing use of their services.

The role is to:
• Be responsible for management of clients (merchants), across small & larger retailer and hospitality chains
• Drive long term retention and revenue growth within a portfolio
• Focus on key areas of product training, onboarding and relationship management
• Communicate regularly with merchants, utilising tried and tested CRM strategies to engage the B2B audience
• Derive insights from their bespoke reporting dashboards, demonstrating interpretation of insights and opportunities

Desired Skills and Experience
You will need to have:
• A comfort level with data, data insights, CRM platforms and data management
• An amazing way with client management, be a fantastic communicator and be able to manage multiple relationships
• A demonstrated background in long term customer retention either in an agency or a company with a strong customer base, preferably in B2B marketing
• Experience in either retail or hospitality environments, although not essential
• Fantastic organisational skills, great at problem solving and ability to travel if necessary.
