My client is a leading customer engagement agency, they have an opportunity for an online community manager to join their growing vibrant team. The agency is enjoying massive organic growth and they are creating new roles to keep up with client demand.

The team is located around the globe, they are from diverse backgrounds delivering outstanding outcomes for their expansive client base. Their office is based in Redfern, close to loads of local cafes, transport and bars.

They are looking for a Community Manager who has a background working a digital marketing environment managing a range of clients communities and content.  The client base is diverse with the majority of the work being on high profile alcohol brands as well as medical and tech start ups.

The role is:
• To be responsible for community management and moderation across a variety of social channels.
• To be the brand and agency representative on social channels, working on behalf of clients
• Liaise between online communities and clients on a day to day basis
• Responds to community posts as per brand guidelines 
• Create content schedules for clients across agreed social channels
• To work closely with creative teams to deliver best in class content
• Source appropriate assets for all content from 3rd parties to owned assets

You will need:
• To be currently managing communities and content for known brands
• To love being a community manager and bring that passion to work
• To have excellent communication and writing skills, particularly grammar
• Display knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and stay abreast of latest developments
• To have the ability to develop to build relationships with content creators,  influencers and internal teams.
